Questions
What happens when the trial ends? +
The first charge happens on day 7. Cancel before that from Manage subscription in the app and you’re not charged anything.
Can I use it on my studio Mac and my laptop? +
Yes: a subscription works on two Macs at once. To move it to another one, release one from the app.
Who charges me? +
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They handle the tax, the receipt and the charge.
Does it work without internet? +
Yes. It confirms the licence now and then, and keeps working 14 days since the last time it could.
